Weekly · Daily NewBREA, Calif. — Elora Fine Jewelry has opened its first U.S. showroom in Brea, California, giving the online jewelry brand its first physical retail presence in the United States. The showroom officially opened on August 8, 2026, at 1009 E. Imperial Hwy, Suite B1, Brea, CA 92821. Visits are by appointment and centered on private, one-on-one consultations.
Elora has served more than 10,000 customers in over 30 countries. Its team brings more than 20 years of experience in diamonds and fine jewelry, with services spanning diamond sourcing, custom cutting, design and production.
“Opening our first U.S. showroom gives customers a chance to see in person what many of them first discovered online,” said Chelsea, co-founder of Elora Fine Jewelry. “They can compare different cuts, proportions and colors, try on pieces and work with us directly on a custom design.”
Custom Jewelry From Stone to Setting
Custom jewelry is also a central part of the Brea showroom. Customers can work with the team on the diamond itself as well as the final setting, including stone shape, proportions, color and design details.
Elora also offers custom diamond cutting for clients looking for a particular antique style, length-to-width ratio, stone shape or champagne tone. Projects can begin with an existing Elora design, a reference image, a sketch or an original idea. Clients can review diamond photos and videos, grading information and CAD renderings before production begins.
Elora handles diamond sourcing, custom cutting, CAD design and production as part of the same custom process.
Expanding Beyond Online Consultations
Elora has built much of its business through online consultations and remote custom projects. The Brea showroom gives Southern California customers the option to see stones and finished jewelry in person before making a decision.
For customers outside Southern California, Elora will continue to offer remote consultations, including one-on-one virtual calls, along with delivery services. During a virtual appointment, customers can discuss diamond options, compare designs and review custom projects directly with the Elora team. The new showroom is designed to complement that model rather than replace it, giving local customers the added option of seeing diamonds and jewelry in person.
